Return Registration Instruction
At Horze, we want to make returning items as easy and convenient as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our return process.
Our return policy
We offer you a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This gives you the flexibility to try out your purchase at home with complete peace of mind.
Return costs
For each return, a flat fee of €1.99 per order will automatically be deducted from your refund.
Condition of returned items
Please note that we can only accept items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
How to register and send your return
- Log in to your customer account.
- Open your order overview and select the order you wish to return.
- Register the items you would like to send back.
- After registering, you will receive your return label via email.
- Once you have received this email, your return label will also be available for download anytime in your order overview.
- Pack your items securely and attach the return label to your parcel.
Once your return has been registered, you will also receive further information on how to prepare and send your package correctly.
Important tips for your return
- Please always ask for a proof of posting with a tracking number when dropping off your parcel. Keep this receipt until your return has been fully processed.
- Returns are usually processed within 1–2 weeks after arriving at our warehouse. As soon as your return has been completed, we will notify you by a separate confirmation email.
