How to measure for a F. R. A. Cavallo Hoof Boot:

Measure each hoof from buttress to toe and across the widest part of the hoof after a fresh trim.

REGULAR size: Sole length and sole width are the same. This sole may not be suitable for a hoof with a width that exceeds the hoof length by more than one size.

Slim size (0 - 6): This sole width is 6 mm (1/4") less than the length for a more narrow hoof. If the width is more than 2 sizes narrower than the length, this sole may not be suitable.

Kalkoenen voor hoefschoenen geven je paard betere grip in gladde omstandigheden, zoals ijs, modder en sneeuw.

Je kunt instructies vinden over hoe je de stiften correct monteert in de video in de galerij.

Speciale kenmerken:

Om aan te denken bij hoefschoen kalkoenen: zorg ervoor dat je schoenen goed zitten, en dat je paard er aan gewend is ze te dragen voordat je kalkoenen aanbrengt

Breng kalkoenen altijd op beide schoenen aan voor juiste balans

Laat je paard niet grazen op hoefschoenen met kalkoenen. Een dartelend paard kan zichzelf en anderen blesseren met hoefschoenen met kalkoenen

Zorg ervoor tijdens het boren dat de kalkoen niet in de zool van de voet komt. Dit kan vooral een probleem zijn bij oudere schoenen met versleten zolen

Wees voorzichtig bij dragen van kalkoenen als de zool dunner is, veroorzaakt door slijtage. Kalkoenen kunnen door de zolen heen gaan

Gebruik altijd je gezond verstand bij het paardrijden in gladde omstandigheden. Hoefschoenen bieden extra grip, maar ze hebben hun beperkingen

Montage is eenvoudig

Boor 1/8" gaten voor met een 3/16" boor bit. Zet de kalkoen vast in de positie op het eind van het NIEUWE EN VERBETERDE gereedschap. Positioneer einde van het schroefdraad van de kalko
